Aufgabengebiet- Proaktives Business Development: Neukundengewinnung und Entwicklung einer erfolgreichen Sales Strategie
- Marktdurchdringung: Klassische Recherchen und Analysen, um individuelle Anforderungen zu erkennen, zu verstehen und treffsichere Lösungen zu generieren
- Vetriebsagenden: Netzwerkauf- und ausbau, Generieren von Allianzen und Partnerschaften am Markt, Teilnahme an Messen etc.
- Teamzusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit internationalen Niederlassungen und Teamkollegen
- Weiterentwicklung: Kontinuierlicher Wissensaufbau in Bezug auf Trends und Tendenzen am Markt
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld (Sales, Business Development etc.)
- Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch sowie internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 30 %)
- Lösungsorientierte, engagierte und proaktive Persönlichkeit
- Ausgezeichnete Selbstorganisation und Kommunikationsstärke
