Are you looking to join a dynamic organisation who are keen to develop their BDM team? Do you have relationship management or business development experience within bridging intermediary sector and are you keen to take the next step in your career? As a BusinessDevelopment Manager, the role involves the day-to-day account development and relationship management of new and existing mortgage intermediaries within a geographical region to generate high quality business. You will be providing training on the company'starget market, product offering and criteria details, as well as supporting regional events.
You will focus on:
- Conversion rates from offer to completion
- Increasing incoming business levels
- Building long-standing relationships with intermediaries, providing an outstanding customer experience
- Providing product information to intermediaries
- Providing an open and honest relationship in order to create trust and credibility with intermediaries
- Monitor FCA compliance to ensure intermediaries are working to the highest quality standards
Frequent travel within the region, with some overnight stays will be required, therefore you will need to have a full valid driving licence. You will ideally have relevant experience within bridging or development loans. You will also have a proven track recordof sales to intermediaries or third parties, as well as being CeMAP or CF1 & CF2 qualified.
