Introduction to Role:

We are looking for a Regional Business Manager to join our Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit and make an impact on patients with our leading pipeline.


Accountabilities:

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of the regional sales target, performance development of your team, and operational excellence of the implementation of the Regional and LHE account plans. You will also support the development of regional access and implementation of agreed clinical practice change partnerships and programs. Additionally, you will be accountable for regional budget management and execution of the regional plan leading to effective deployment of resources and integration of the omnichannel strategy.


Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Sales Manager or Key Account Management experience working for a Pharmaceutical company
  • Experience of working in Primary and Secondary Care
  • Business qualification or educated to degree level
  • Experience of working in the NHS or a pharmaceutical industry role
  • Strong NHS knowledge
  • ABPI qualified
  • Full driving license


Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Proven track record of coaching and developing people
  • Self-starter, problem solver, responsible for own actions and results
  • Leadership Experience
  • Experience of working in Respiratory
