As a Registered Children's Home Manager, your role will be to ensure that the home environment provides the necessary support, fostering a sense of security, protection, and motivation for both staff and young individuals. Our shared goal is to achieve the best possible outcomes for those in care. This success is made possible through comprehensive approaches, addressing every facet of young people's developmental requirements. Overseeing day-to-day operations within the home and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards empowers young people to reclaim their childhoods and pave the way toward becoming well-rounded adults. Actively participating in new referrals, you'll know that you are contributing to a home within the UK's leading provider of specialised education and care.
In recognition of your dedication and hard work, we offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package in the care sector. An annual bonus of 6% of your salary
* £250 per weekend on-call (approximately 8 times a year)
* Attendance allowance of up to £1,400 per year
* Long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of your annual salary

* Level 5 Diploma qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
