Membership Acquisition Strategy Development :
Analyse membership trends and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Implement effective communication strategies and platforms to increase the sense of community and belonging among members.
Work closely with members and branch volunteers to leverage their expertise and insights in shaping membership programs and services.
Ensure a collaborative approach to decision-making and project execution.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue business development opportunities that enhance membership value and institute revenue.
Lead and manage the membership team and Contact Centre, setting clear objectives, and providing guidance and support to achieve strategic goals. Regularly report on membership metrics and performance against targets.
Utilise data and feedback to inform strategy adjustments and continuous improvement efforts.
