We are looking to make another important hire, seeking a highly experienced recruiter with experience of developing business across existing accounts in the UK in the mid to senior corporate space.

1st Executive is the UK’s largest specialist Procurement and Supply Chain Recruitment organisation, delivering permanent and interim recruitment solutions to the world’s largest companies, including the likes of Adidas, Barclays, BP, GSK, GE, and McLaren to name a few

Long-term PSL relationships are maintained with these clients by developing strong delivery partnerships that outperform the competition. We are a boutique owner/founder-managed business giving our consultants close access to learn and work directly with some of the most experienced recruiters in this sector.

The role:

As part of our UK or International practice, deliver recruitment process and shortlisting across mid to senior corporate roles while developing business within existing accounts, and growing account revenue streams. This is a billing 360 role as part of a successful team developing existing business to existing corporate accounts responsible for the successful delivery across all permanent requirements and opportunities. Senior-level networking and viral account business development plays an important aspect of the role, demonstrating an ability to lead from the front, as well as successful and efficient delivery to our clients building strong partnerships.

Requirements:

Experienced recruiter with a depth of experience across the corporate space, building recruitment revenue.

Motivated by the opportunity to develop business across existing clients - developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to maximise business opportunities

A strong work ethic and determination to succeed who naturally works at pace

Degree educated or qualified by experience

High professional level of spoken and written English
