Sales Executive

Overview

Our Volkswagen Bromley Retail Centre are actively looking for enthusiastic individuals excited to join our ever-growing automotive family, and if you’re as passionate about cars as we are then we'd love to welcome you to the team where you will be welcomed into a friendly team and be part of our exciting journey.

As a Sales Executive for Group 1 you will be supported in your new role and enrolled onto our 4 day sales academy in Maidstone to help you settle in to your new role.

What you will be doing?

Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products and forthcoming events, as well as maintaining a “customer focused” attitude.

Prospecting for new customers by telephone, attending product launches and other events, and maintaining your own enquiry database.

Maintaining thorough product knowledge and updating your knowledge through manufacturer led training.

Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals.

Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

What we are looking for?

If you think you’ve got what it takes and meet the criteria below, then please apply

Full UK Driving Licence

Motor Industry experience is preferable

Happy to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to work to timescales effectively, with a keen eye for detail, good communication and a passion for delivering great customer service
