Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for Social Workers to join their great Children's Social Work Team's. Paying £42 per hour, this role is on a locum basis for an initial 6 month rolling contract.
Hybrid working

Skilled in building relationship, engaging and managing complex families through varying levels of intervention including (but not limited to) child in need, child protection and the public law outline.
Competency in representing children lived experiences and advocating for them in an array of forums including court; Ability to maintain records that evidence our engagement with children and families, , informs the quality assurance framework e.g., quantitative, qualitative and outcome information for the children and families, capturing the views and experiences of children and families
Service delivery that meets the expected performance standards consistently across the measures within the journey of the child.
Drive and have access to a car
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
