Full Time 37 hours per week CAN YOU BE SOMEONE’S HERO We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Residential Team Leader to join our highly dedicated and welcoming team in Barnstaple. The current hours are 37 hours per week. We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis 07.00am to 14.45, 14.30 to 22.00, Sleeps from 22.00 to 7.00am and our homes are open 365 days a year. We offer a competitive salary; (Apply online only) pay award pending which will increase these rates. Starting at £14.66 Rising to £16.26
- Overnight is £19.55 per hour rising to £21.68
- Saturday is £21.99 per hour rising to £24.39
- Sunday and Bank Holidays is £29.32 per hour rising to £32.52
