Senior Business Manager, International Exports / Sales

The primary focus of this role will be to develop commercial relationships and manage the sales of the business’s portfolio of branded products for retail and distributor customers within the UK and European market. This will also involve overseeing and executing strategically important projects and work to identify new business and market opportunities.
2 million Net Sales of existing business.
Development and implementation of the business strategies in order to maximise and maintain presence of the company’s branded product across the region.
Ongoing liaison with distributors, their management teams and sales forces.
Ongoing liaison with all internal teams (Supply & Support, Projects Team etc) to assist with the process of turning strategy into action.

Numerate with good analytical skills, preferably with a degree of commercial acumen.
Self motivated and resilient with the ability to work alone as well as part of the team.
Able to build and maintain effective working relationships and communicate across all levels of business.
Willing to travel (roughly 6 days a month).
