They’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join their collaborative London-based team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a Customer Service or Order Management background who’s ready to take the next step into the supply chain space. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring every order is delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time — keeping customers informed and supporting the business to deliver exceptional service every step of the way. 💼 What you’ll be doing Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with agreed SLAs. Acting as a key point of contact for customers — providing updates on stock, delivery schedules, and order progress. Coordinating daily with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure the seamless flow of goods. Proactively identifying and resolving delivery or fulfilment issues, communicating updates effectively to stakeholders. Maintaining customer records, order documentation, and internal reports to ensure complete visibility across the team. Preparing performance and sales data for review meetings and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating cross-functionally with Supply Planning, Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to support business priorities. Supporting new product launches, promotions, and international rollouts. Assisting in process improvement projects and system enhancements (including SAP or ERP transitions). 🎯 What we’re looking for 1–3 years’ experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or Supply Chain Administration , ideally within a consumer goods, retail, or FMCG business. A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail — you take pride in getting things right the first time. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Confident working in Excel (pivot tables, lookups); experience using SAP or another ERP system is a plus. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple priorities with accuracy. A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to grow within a global business.
