Supply Chain Manager

**Supply Chain Manager** Hybrid working; Chiswick, £35k - £45k

You are looking for a role where you have ownership of the whole supply chain and for a business that you can develop best in class processes for as it evolves and grows. You’ll be supporting this food manufacturing and importer to develop the demand planning,stock management and availability to its increasing food service and supermarket customer base.

At just three years old, they are growing at a rapid pace. They are currently upgrading their systems to MS Dynamics, so you’ll be joining them in time to get full training, and to develop internal processes to ensure its smooth running. Ideally, you’llhave worked with an ERP system and can bring that knowledge and experience to this role.

This role will see you working with inspirational leaders and working closely with the CEO, Sales & Marketing, and NPD teams. You’ll have direct contact with customers and suppliers and will be a confident and clear communicator.

This role will manage one other person, but you can expect to build a team moving forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the business across the total supply chain, from procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, logistics and supply chain team.
- Analyse demand based on seasonal aspects and buying partners, plan forecasts and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor all transfers, deliveries, replenishments and stock movements at the factories and the warehouse.
- Liaise with suppliers for production schedules, collections, availability of raw materials, product specifications, product labels, microbiological information, testing, trials and technical details, improving performance in the manufacturing environment.
- Liaise with suppliers for raw ingredients storage and traceability monitoring, through production processes and controls, site and equipment maintenance and procurement, to finished product packing and onward distribution.
- Liaise with customers regarding new line forms, product set up, technical enquiries, self-audit questionnaires, certifications, product launches and events.
- Order processing and delivery booking, raising purchase orders, raising invoices and credit notes, submitting monthly sales reports for self-invoicing clients. Resolve delivery discrepancies with suppliers and customers.
- Supplier management, quality, tractability and new product set up.
- Import and export Invoice and documentation management.

Ideally, you’ll be degree educated with 3 years+ experience in a similar role (Finance, Logistics or Operations). You should be skilled in the following:

- Demand Planning and Forecasting
- Numerically proficient with a keen eye for detail.
- Exportation of food to all around the world in road and sea freight
- Be familiar with customs documentation and customs processes
- Customer and Supplier liaison
- Be data savvy and organised - Quick with data and numbers.
- Excellent Excel skills

The company have a team of 7 in the UK head office based in Chiswick. They offer hybrid working, currently 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home. Hours are 9 -5.30 and they offer 22 days holiday + bank holidays and a company pension.
