Job Description

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Document all interactions and follow-up actions for future reference
  • Work collaboratively with the Legal Department to implement effective solutions
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations
  • Keep updated with industry trends and best practices
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful Complaints Handler should have:

  • Degree in Law or related field
  • Experience of complaints handling, preferably in a law firm
  • Knowledge and experience of the relevant SRA regulations and Legal Ombudsman rules
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A commitment to client satisfaction
