Our mission is to be the happy performance marketing agency and we’re developing our services around our vision of ‘empowering happy companies to create happy customers’. We’re looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to help make this happen through driving both new business as well as same-store growth and overseeing the delivery of our marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for a commercial and results-oriented leader who is equally passionate about sales, marketing, customer happiness, and driving revenue growth.

You may have the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) job title currently, or might be called a Sales & Marketing Director, Commercial Director, General Manager, MD or be a heavily experienced Client Service Director
Whatever your job title, you’ll bring strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans as well as exceptional leadership and team-building abilities, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering a positive work environment.
You’ll bring a data-driven mindset with experience in leveraging analytics to drive growth and improve performance as well as a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and emerging trends.
