Responsibilities

  • The Sales Director will manage the entire sales cycle on new business sales.
  • Devise and own the sales strategy
  • Evangelise the technology within the Commercial Property ecosystem
  • Develop and deliver product solution sales presentations to all levels of prospects.
  • Follow up on all inbound leads, sales enquiries, and marketing responses.
  • Prospect, qualify and develop sales opportunities
  • Network and develop relationships
  • The Sales Director will generate results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation

Requirements:

  • The Sales Director will have strong experience selling technology to the Commercial Property Markets
  • Very well connected across the Commercial Property
  • Solid track record of hitting sales targets.
  • Experience driving revenue in new and existing accounts.
  • A passion for technology
  • Excellent communication skills, enjoying networking, making connections, building relationships, and pursuing opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Smart Buildings, Facilities Management and/or IoT
