The Opportunity: IT Administrator Apprentice
Location: Cannock
The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. If you don't feel like you meet all of the role criteria outlined below please don't let that discourage you from applying.
The Impact you will have:
- Handle support inquires via phone.
- Ensure requests are accurately captured and logged on the Helpdesk system.
- Assist with administration of New Starters / Leavers & Transfers
- Maintain records to a high standard.
- Participate in managing office Desk moves, additions and modifications.
- Escalate high volume or high-risk issues to the Management Team.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and interact with all other areas of the business.
What will help you to excel in this role:
- Confidence in answering the phone and taking calls
- GCSE Maths and English desirable
