Title: Full Stack Engineer; Laravel/PHP, Javascript, Vue, Statamic, AWS Status: Permanent
Working Set-Up: Hybrid 3 (office) + 2 (home), with flexibility as tenure increases
Compensation: £35,000k - £45,000k + benefits, based on experience
CoComply is an early-stage legaltech business, preparing to scale up in 2024 utilising cutting-edge engineering, AI and LLMs.CoComply seeks an experienced full stack engineer with extensive experience with Laravel 10+, Vue 3 and AWS. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and seeking a challenge to join an early-stage business focused on building the future in the legaltech space. We’re a small dynamic team and the role involves developing, maintaining, and optimising our critical web application and SaaS platform, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.The candidate should possess a deep understanding of modern web development technologies and practices as well as excellent soft skills.Contribute in a founding team of software engineers on new product developments, converting designs and business requirements into a live product promptly.
Develop and maintain web applications using Laravel 10+, Vue 3 and other web technologies.
Optimise applications for enhanced UX and scalability.
Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment.
Write clean and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
Experience building applications from the ground up.
Demonstrable experience working with Laravel and Vue.
Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS and CI/CD.
Solid understanding of front-end frameworks (Vue.js) and templating engines (Blade/Statamic).
Experience with relational databases.
Experience with writing automated tests
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Programming in Python
Experience working with, or a strong interest in AI / ML / LLMs / RAG Techniques
AWS Certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
~3 years or more as a full stack engineer working with Laravel, Vue.js and AWS is required.
