Job description


The role of the Fundraising – Development Coach is to ensure that Apprentify delivers the very best learning and coaching to our apprentices as well as striving to meet our compliance and quality standards.

You will join the Apprentify Academy - an innovative and enriching training programme for industry professionals to learn how to be an effective coach and mentor to apprentices studying a variety of qualifications including apprenticeships or adult learners reskilling. You will learn about the Further Education sector and how to deliver outstanding training and work based learning.

You will be responsible for a caseload of no more than 30 apprentices. We intentionally keep it low so that you can deliver the very best service, communication and impact for your learners.

We work with high profile clients such as JD Sports, iProspect, Transport for Manchester and Holland and Barratt.
