We have a very exciting new HR Advisor role working for our North Bristol client.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner duties will include:
Handling a variety of HR related queries, providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
Developing strong business relationships with stakeholders, supporting and coaching as required
Managing a range of ER cases e.g. wellbeing, absence management, contract queries, disciplinaries, grievances, capability, redundancy/restructuring, family friendly policies etc.
Facilitating training sessions to upskill managers
Helping to embed company values
Contributing to ad hoc HR projects as required.
Reviewing policies, making recommendations for improvement
Creating, interpreting and monitoring HR metrics
Previous HR Advisor experience
Confident in providing commercial and pragmatic HR advice
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Hands on, operational HR experience
Keeps up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice and trends
UK driving licence
North Bristol (hybrid working)
