Assured Talent is partnering with a fantastic multinational company in the non-food category. The role is home-based, but you will need to be able to travel to their headquarters in Manchester twice a week.

We are seeking someone with experience managing Aldi, Lidl and other discounters.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue and margin targets, expand distribution, and enhance profitability
  • Retain and develop client portfolio for long-term loyalty
  • Establish communication channels with stakeholders and departments
  • Create and update strategic account plans, including mutual objectives and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with Marketing on annual promotional plans
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct monthly analysis of account performance
  • Manage time effectively to achieve goals.
  • Evaluate and mitigate client risk
  • Ensure timely contribution to mandatory reporting and data points
  • Foster deep relationships internally & externally

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous strong experience working with Discounter or Wholesale Accounts with a demonstrable positive track record
  • You will have a minimum of 5 years experience working with the FMCG sector
  • Results-oriented individual
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build successful business relationships, internally and externally
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong analytical mindset

Package
