Employer
You could be joining a high-quality homecare provider to older adults in the local community. Rather than deliver high volumes of care packages they ensure that quality is their key focus. This is a privately owned Homecare Provider who offers a really energetic fun placed to work.

This Branch is currently running on 700 hours per week they would ideally like to grow this to 1000 hours per week. With a fantastic recruitment campaign in place, they have enough Care Assistants with more awaiting start date.

Your Role
As their Co-ordinator & Rota Planner, you will have experience in the homecare/domiciliary care sector. You will be someone who can inject positivity naturally into the rest of the team and your Care Assistants, you will be someone who is a future leader and can create an environment where everyone thrives. You will be driven, customer focussed and someone who enjoys speaking to our clients as well as ensuring our Care Workers are happy.
