  • To contribute on all existing clients and new referrals requiring positive behaviour support.
  • To carry our functional assessments, develop positive behaviour support plans and assist families and staff with implementing positive behavioural interventions.
  • Ensure all practices adhere to the BACB ethics code.
  • Attend and contribute to all multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Write clear and comprehensive reports
  • Lead on any third-party referrals when required
About you
  • At least 2 years’ experience of assessing and intervening with children and adults with challenging behaviours.
  • Experience of working with individuals with spinal injuries, ABI and challenging behaviours
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team
  • PBS qualification and ideally hold HCPC, UK-SBA, NMC or BACB registration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to plan effectively with good time management.
  • You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence

  • Salary will be dependent upon experience and qualifications.
  • 37.5 hours per week, based in the Whitstable office with the ability to be field / client facing when needed.
