Wayne's Pest Control is a leading provider of innovative pest management solutions, dedicated to ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Director to join our team and lead our commercial sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth within the commercial sector.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial sales leadership, preferably in the pest control or related industry.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
