You will report directly to our Group Managing Director and liaise directly with divisional Heads of Departments in strategy and budget planning, setting targets, performance managing your team, and creating plans to support our expansion opportunities into a wider geographical area across the UK.

Contributing to the strategic planning and providing operational leadership and day to day management of our Paul Fosh Auctions division, you will play a key role in enabling and reinforcing our high-performance culture, ensuring our team demonstrates high levels of personal accountability and are motivated to deliver results by working in an environment where they are empowered to make decisions and feel valued.

Whilst supported with regular leadership meetings, you will be given autonomy to consider risks and rewards in a tactical context, engaging with your team when taking key business decisions. Team Management
- Setting and helping to achieve targets.
- Conducting regular performance reviews.
- KPI Management
- Setting and supervising key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Alongside our Office Manager, reviewing our current processes, procedures and systems, questioning how and why we work the way we do, with a view to constructive challenge and continually improving.

Liaising with the MD and Heads of Departments to identify strategic opportunities for geographical growth across the UK.
- Leading the development and implementation of expansion plans.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and executing strategies to capitalise on them.

Management Experience - Proven experience managing a team, including members involved in a sales environment.
Strong focus on business growth, with strategic and operational thinking at senior management level.
Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
Flexible and dynamic to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Understanding of financial management and budget oversight.

30pm Monday - Friday
24 days holiday (with longevity of service increments) + 8 Bank Holidays
