New Business Development Specialist

- poszukiwanie nowych sposobów dotarcia do klientów (eksplorowanie nowych rynków i potencjalnych grup docelowych, generowanie leadów),
- prowadzenie działań prospectingowych (cold / warm calls, emails, social selling na Linkedin),
- poszerzanie sieci kontaktów poprzez budowanie relacji poprzez komunikację zdalną,
- przygotowanie, monitorowanie i bieżące korygowanie strategii kampanii sprzedażowych, ofert i materiałów wspierających sprzedaż naszych usług (opartych na zrozumieniu branży i badaniach potrzeb biznesowych klienta), głównie w sektorach: przemysł i produkcja, usługi finansowe lub handel detaliczny,
- kompleksowe i transparentne prowadzenie działań sprzedażowych z wykorzystaniem systemu CRM.
- min. 3 lata doświadczenia doświadczenie w obszarze lead generation w IT (preferowane doświadczenie w obszarze custom software, usługi team extension, staff augumentation),
- umiejętność praktycznego wykorzystania taktyk sprzedażowych: social selling, MEDDPICC, Command of the message lub podobnych,
- znajomość i obycie w budowaniu relacji z klientami w wielokulturowym środowisku (UK, USA, DACH – to nasze kluczowe obszary),
- doświadczenie w samodzielnym planowaniu i realizowaniu działań outboundowych, mających na celu pozyskanie nowych klientów,
- zainteresowanie nowymi technologiami i umiejetność wykorzystania narzędzi do działań outboundowych,
- znajomości języka angielskiego pozwalajacego na swobodną codzienną komunikację w mowie i piśmie (C1).
Mile widziane:
- znajomość dodatkowych języków obcych ułatwiających komunikację z klientami będzie dodatkowym plusem,
- znajomość branż przemysłowych, produkcji, retail lub fintech pozwalające na zrozumienie potrzeb naszych klientów, będzie dodatkowym plusem.
