Do you have a passion for building strategic customer relationships and a strong technical aptitude?

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive & Product Specialist to join our clients team based in Chelmsford. In this unique role, you will leverage your expertise in telecomms products to create a win-win-win situation for our customers, the company, and the vendor. You will excel at both relationship building and technical knowledge.



Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage key customer relationships, identifying up selling opportunities and driving new business
  • Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to develop strategic sales plans, analyse market trends, and optimise inventory management.
  • Champion products internally, providing comprehensive training and technical support to sales teams and customers.
  • Establish and exceed ambitious sales targets through effective goal setting and strategic execution.


Qualifications:

  • Proven success in telecoms market business development, sales, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding of product portfolio and market landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.


Package Offering:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package (25-35k DOE).
  • Permanent, full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM).
