Claims Relationship Lead with an ambitious Insurance Provider Were recruiting for a dynamic Norwegian insurance provider whos seeking a Claims Relationship Lead to join their team
If you excel in a client-facing role and thrive on turning challenges into opportunities, this is the perfect fit for you.
The role will require frequent travel, with a proportion of clients and requirements being in the South East region. The successful candidate will be positioned within the commercial insurance team and with that knowledge and experience in Motor, Property and Liability is required.
Proven relationship management in client-facing roles.
Prepare and manage claims review meetings
Experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
Flexible and willing to travel to UK based clients
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Possess strong oral and written communication, time management and presentation skills
