Launching this summer, Suite Stay Club will become the UK’s first dedicated platform to discover and book exclusively priced premium rooms and suites from across a curated, handpicked selection of hotels around the world.
Suite Stay Club is the creation of two industry leaders, fuelled by a passion to enable consumers to have the best booking & travel experience possible whilst supporting hotel partners to boost the revenue generated from their under-utilised room categories.
Reporting directly to the Co-Founder, our Senior Marketing & Growth Manager will launch & position our brand through devising and implementing a multi-channel GTM strategy that demonstrates the benefits of Suite Stay Club over traditional booking channels, targeting a relevant and convertible audience.
Retention is key and you’ll own a multi-channel approach to retaining and re-engaging our users primarily through outlining, implementing & testing an effective CRM strategy.
Our tone of voice and brand identity will evolve as we grow but focus should remain on achieving our aspiration of providing attainable luxury and accessibility of our product to our target customer.
You’ll have the chance to work with some amazing visual assets through our partnerships with hotels and use your creative skills to bring these to life on Suite Stay Club channels.
This is a cornerstone position for Suite Stay Club, both for the marketing team and the wider business and an exciting opportunity for growth.
Working in a startup isn’t for everyone - whilst somewhat of a cliché, and anticipating we will not be in a continual ‘pivot hole’, you will be someone who is comfortable with building something from scratch and embrace the challenges of balancing strategy with implementation. We’re an e-commerce business and focused on optimising our customer journey through to conversion so you will be comfortable with data and analysis to inform commercial direction and the success of our marketing initiatives.
You’ll have a creative flair and be able to bring a brand to life through various mediums on different channels, building a social presence and an engaged community of followers and advocates.
We’re a small team, always working collaboratively with a common goal but equally as comfortable owning and delivering individual projects and pieces of work.
Drive the acquisition strategy for Suite Stay Club through outlining and implementing a short and long term strategy that meets forecasted targets
Execute and manage a multi-channel, online and offline approach with both paid and organic activity
Work with other stakeholders to drive partnership outreach for subscription partnerships and user acquisition
Own the multi channel content strategy including creation, maintenance and amplification ensuring SEO best practice
Own the customer journey and use analytics to suggest ways to optimise funnel conversion including GA, heatmaps, usability testing etc
Analyse channel performance from acquisition
Manage all web content including imagery and product descriptions
Appraise and iterate/terminate tactical campaigns to optimise performance
CRM
~ Outline and own a plan for implementing and optimising all automated, manual and transactional CRM including segmentation and personalisation where appropriate

Brand
Deliver a consistent and powerful brand presence for Suite Stay Club
Own and evolve TOV and brand guidelines across on and off site presence
Create and utilise a suite of assets for marketing activity
5+ years in a marketing role with a heavy focus on growth activity in an early stage company
~ Strong analytical skills with demonstrable ability to execute hypotheses and testing methods
~ Excellent organisation skills and project management
~ Travel industry experience desired but not essential
~ Social guru with demonstrable experience in delivering exceptional social engagement for a D2c brand

Quarterly bonus equiv to 20% of base linked to individual and company KPIs
~ Hybrid work / home policy with London base, expectation of 2/3 split
