Insurance Claims Administrator - Hampshire (Hybrid) - £40k + Benefits

We’re working with a long established, specialist insurance broker who provide a comprehensive range of insurance products for Properties and Directors within the leasehold property management sector.

As a result of business growth, they now seek an additional Insurance Account Manager / Insurance Coordinator as follows:

* Working Mon-Fri, 35 hours per week partly from home (2 days) and partly from a Hampshire office

* Insurance background essential, having specific property insurance experience would be highly beneficial.

* Comprehensive working knowledge of FCA regulations as they pertain to insurance provision

* Working with Property Management companies & Resident Management Companies providing insurance products for Directors, Buildings, Estates, Terrorism, Engineering and Landlord & Tenants (maintaining FCA compliance at all times)

* Client facing, not insurer facing (i.e. you will deal directly with policy holders, not underwriters)

* Liaising with clients, brokers, and insurers in the administration of contracts of insurance

* Dealing with client queries via multiple channels - e.g. email, telephone, post - in a timely and professional manner

Suitable Insurance Account Manager / Insurance Coordinator applicants will be educated to a good standard with excellent written and spoken English, exceptional customer service skill and good all round IT/Systems awareness.

The successful Insurance Account Manager / Insurance Coordinator can expect a starting basic salary around £40k alongside 23 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 2 years of service (with options to purchase/sell more), Pension at 4% (matched), Life assurance (2 x annual salary) and Eye-care vouchers
