This role is suited to someone who has a strong background in manufacturing quality assurance with management experience. This individual should be self–motivated and driven to succeed, with a genuine passion for delivering quality products and exceeding customer expectations

Ensuring the maintenance of our Quality Management System and ISO 9001 accreditation
Overseeing the inspection of products to maintain the company's world-leading reputation for quality; through both management of the Inspection Department and conducting spot-checks across the organisation to ensure the products properties meet requirements at various stages throughout the manufacturing process
Conducting risk assessments of processes and tasks
Training new QHSE employees
Ensuring delivery of any necessary Health & Safety training for all new and existing employees


Experience maintaining a Quality Management System to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation
Minimum 5 years experience in a Quality Assurance management role within a manufacturing environment
Experience in building or working with visual standards.
Direct inspection experience, for example, reading product specifications and schematics and use of tools including Micrometer and Vernier Caliper
Competence in auditing and risk-assessing manufacturing processes
