Quality Technician / QC - Exciting Opportunity

We present a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Technician / QC at a forward-thinking manufacturing firm. As a member of the QC team, your contributions will be vital in upholding quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting quality control testing on all materials and managing the release of samples sent to the laboratory.
  • Organizing and facilitating the daily taste evaluation panel.
  • Performing product assessments, including moisture analysis, GCMS, and additional tests (training will be provided if necessary).
  • Assisting the Production Team by resolving inquiries and managing documentation.
  • Contributing to specific projects within the organization.
  • Ensuring the proper storage and organization of all retained samples from the factory.
  • Collecting microbiological swabs and water samples for analysis.
  • Preparing samples for external laboratory testing.
  • Maintaining accurate records and data on the Company IT system.
  • Calibrating and servicing QC testing instruments.
  • Conducting audits within the manufacturing facility.
  • Complying with all hygiene, environmental, and health and safety protocols established by the Company.
Required Skills:
  • Must possess full authorization to work in the UK.
  • Proficient computer skills and a readiness to engage in administrative duties.
