As a member of the QC team, your contributions will be vital in upholding quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting quality control testing on all materials and managing the release of samples sent to the laboratory.
- Organizing and facilitating the daily taste evaluation panel.
- Performing product assessments, including moisture analysis, GCMS, and additional tests (training will be provided if necessary).
- Assisting the Production Team by resolving inquiries and managing documentation.
- Contributing to specific projects within the organization.
- Ensuring the proper storage and organization of all retained samples from the factory.
- Collecting microbiological swabs and water samples for analysis.
- Preparing samples for external laboratory testing.
- Maintaining accurate records and data on the Company IT system.
- Calibrating and servicing QC testing instruments.
- Conducting audits within the manufacturing facility.
- Complying with all hygiene, environmental, and health and safety protocols established by the Company.
- Must possess full authorization to work in the UK.
- Proficient computer skills and a readiness to engage in administrative duties.
