We are thrilled to present a position for a Quality Technician / QC at a pioneering manufacturing firm. As a member of the QC team, your contributions will be vital in ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting quality control testing on all materials and managing QC release, as well as samples sent to the laboratory.
- Organizing and facilitating the daily taste evaluation panel.
- Performing product assessments, including moisture analysis, GCMS, and other tests (training will be provided if necessary).
- Providing support to the Production Team by addressing inquiries and managing documentation.
- Assisting with various projects within the organization.
- Ensuring the appropriate storage and cataloging of all retained samples from the factory.
- Collecting microbiological swabs and water samples for analysis.
- Preparing samples for external laboratory testing.
- Maintaining accurate records and data on the Company IT platform.
- Calibrating and upkeeping QC testing instruments.
- Conducting audits within the factory environment.
- Complying with all Company hygiene, environmental, and health and safety protocols.
- Must possess full right to work in the UK.
- Proficient computer skills and a readiness to undertake administrative responsibilities.
