We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Account Director to join our growing team to partner with our exceptional client base to support the delivery of innovative digital solutions that help bring their desired digital experiences to life.
We’re on an exciting international growth journey and you’ll play a critical part in supporting and enabling our business growth by bringing your strong commercial and strategic experience to our Client Services Team.
Work with key stakeholders to understand the challenges facing clients and the wider market they sit in, and partner with them to support the delivery of suitable cutting edge mobile solutions, at all stages of the project lifecycle
Carefully and sensitively nurture and develop client relationships at a mid and senior stakeholder level
Identify opportunities for growth and proactively strategise and self sufficiently execute initiatives for a number of key accounts using a range of market research, budget forecasting and account planning techniques
Commercial responsibility for the delivery of assigned account targets
Mentor and direct the work of more junior client services team members, to ensure we as a business are supporting the development of both client services and our junior colleagues.
At the top of our wishlist is that you’ll have similar experience working in an agency environment across a range of verticals, owning and growing £1M+ accounts. You’ll have a solid understanding of digital sales and marketing channels and techniques
You’ll have a strong understanding of software development practices, trends techniques and processes
You’ll have strong problems solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and implement flexible and effective solutions
You’ll have a strong sense of commercial awareness
