United Kingdom Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing Full time

Our customer, a leading global medical technology and digital solutions innovator company, is looking to hire a Senior legal counsel ( Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)) with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience with a major law firm and/or in-house experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Commercial contracts, including sourcing, Capex projects, contract manufacturing projects, etc).
Experience, with a law firm or a multinational company’s corporate legal department
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and previous exposure to Healthcare and Pharma industry regulations
Previous experience in identifying and resolving legal issues quickly and effectively and ability to make on-the-spot risk calls

The Counsel for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) will be responsible for providing legal advice on all aspects of the company’s operations and initiatives in the region.
This includes structuring and negotiating strategic commercial contracts.
The role involves advising senior business leaders on opportunities and direction, as well as guiding team members on daily legal issues.
The Counsel will primarily handle matters related to the Middle East and North Africa, but must also be flexible to work on issues in other EMEA sub-regions.
