We are delighted to be supporting a highly entrepreneurial CEO in their search for a PA and Marketing specialist, to help further accelerate the success of their Medical Research business.
This is a multi-faceted role, where the successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and proactive.

General office administration (answering phones, organizing online files, creating templates, maintaining a contact database, assisting in note-taking, etc.)
Marketing
Reviewing and helping maintain the website
Helping create content ideas in line with the CEO's brief
Organizing and coordinating marketing and promotional events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows
Assisting in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including the website, social media accounts, blogs, and emails
Proof-reading and correcting content where needed

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva
Familiarity with website management and interest in social media platforms
Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
Ability to help generate content ideas in line with the CEO's vision
Skills in creating engaging and relevant content
