We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Account Executive to join our team, either remotely or based part-time in our London office, working across our commercial agency and CME divisions.
Reports to: Senior Account Manager or Account Director
As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in financial and project management, supporting small to medium projects on key accounts. Assisting in the management of major projects and autonomously managing smaller projects, such as scientific meetings, client meetings, and digital projects
Ensuring adherence to quality control procedures, maintaining accurate records, and effectively communicating project status to the team
Contributing to business development activities, identifying opportunities within existing accounts and supporting new business initiatives
Life science degree, ideally combined with a higher qualification (e.g., MSc, PhD)
5-2 years of experience in delivering medical communication and education projects within an agency environment or similar
Strong project management and financial understanding, with the ability to contribute to strategic account planning
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to details, time management, and adherence to deadlines
IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and punctuality in time management, including timesheet submission
