As part of the Global Transformation Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving business change and transformation initiatives across all regions of Randstad Enterprise. Collaborating closely with leadership, the manager will contribute to the development of the Target Operating Model and lead transformative projects aligned with Randstad Enterprise's strategic objectives.

  • utilize extensive knowledge of recruitment outsourcing and change methodologies to implement impactful transformations within Randstad Enterprise
  • lead complex multi-region change initiatives covering people, processes, and technology from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
  • drive the adoption of LEAN principles to accelerate performance, growth, and profitability.
  • design and execute key initiatives to advance Randstad Enterprise's Fit4future Strategy.
  • foster a performance-driven culture and engage colleagues at all levels to sustain change initiatives.
  • provide advisory support to clients on change management approaches and collaborate with sales and account teams as needed.
  • stay informed about market trends and competitor insights to support innovative future state ideas.
  • analyze and assess project ideas to ensure alignment with Randstad Enterprise's strategy and successful ROI.

  • experience in recruitment outsourcing and change management.
  • proven track record of driving multi-region, multi-account complex change initiatives.
  • strong understanding of LEAN principles and their application in business transformation.
  • excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to devise solutions to complex challenges.
  • strategic mindset with a focus on driving business outcomes and ROI.
  • ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team environment.
  • understanding of change management methodologies or frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci would be an advantage
