Our client is a leading global brand name with an enviable reputation for excellence. As a result of a digital transformation, they are now seeking a forward-thinking Global Digital HR Leader to join their team and lead the transformation of HR service delivery into a modern, consumer-grade experience across multiple countries.

Reporting to the Group CPO, this role is pivotal in fostering a positive employee experience, consolidating diverse HR technology environments, and driving global initiatives with cultural sensitivity. As the Global Digital HR Leader, you will play a key role in consolidating a disconnected HR technology environment that has organically grown and expanded through acquisitions across multiple countries. Beyond enhancing employee experience, this role is crucial for cultivating a more engaged, capable, and focused workforce globally. You will not only lead the Digital HR capability but also champion the transformation of the HR culture towards agility and product-focused methodologies with a keen understanding of regional nuances.

Working closely with senior HR leaders across multiple locations, you will look to consolidate their diverse HR technology spanning HRIS, Talent, Reward and service delivery platforms optimizing new technology to ensure global consistency and efficiency and with a focus on enhancing employee experience, ensuring a seamless transition to new technologies, while maintaining operational stability. In addition, you will drive a cultural shift within HR, fostering agility and a product-focused mindset towards the introduction, implementation, and adoption of advanced and intelligent technologies for HR use, including AI, large language models, advanced analytics, and advanced service delivery platforms.

You are an experienced strategic HR leader with a focus on global digital transformation and service delivery and with expertise in consolidating HR technology environments across multiple countries and cultures. You have a strong background in driving cultural change, in-depth knowledge of foundational technology and data infrastructure for HR platforms and a proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
