Role Summary
As theBusiness Development Manager, youll spearhead the efforts to expand their client base and increase revenue. From identifying opportunities to building long-lasting relationships, youll help the business reach new heights in the property maintenance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth:
- Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract new clients.
Representation and Networking:
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
- Build a network of valuable connections within the property maintenance and management industry.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyse business development activities to ensure objectives are met.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional with:
- 3-4 years of proven experiencein business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A talent for building and nurturing strong relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A full UK driving license.
