About the role Balfour Beatty are seeking a proactive and organized Training Centre and Delivery Coordinator to join our internal training team. This role is pivotal in supporting the administrative functions of our accredited training centres and ensuring the smooth coordination of our Training Delivery Team. The role is predominately office based with some mobile working included - we welcome flexible working. The role can be based from our office in Shotts or Glasgow, or in Newcastle upon Tyne. What you'll be doing Join our team of Professional Trainers to: Manage the Trainers’ Diaries to ensure that our supply meets demand Interface with Awarding Bodies including:

  • Control of Quality Assurance Documentation between parties
  • Fiscal control of centre requirements
  • Maintenance of Centre Accreditation
  • Administration of Malpractice and Maladministration, Complaints and Recognition and Appeals processes
Manage the Trainers Travel requirements Liaison with internal and external customers Data accuracy Who we're looking for We're looking someone with great interpersonal skills and organisational capability, someone to inspire and nurture our existing Training Centres. Further requirements of the role: Team diary management Stakeholder management Internal stakeholder capability Excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels, be passionate about developing people and be driven to achieve success. Fully proficient in all Microsoft office packages Reliable, proactive, and able to meet demanding deadlines. Able to co-ordinate and prioritise several tasks whilst dealing with day-to-day work requests. Able to deliver High levels of service delivery coupled with strong organisational and planning skills are required to ensure an effective service is delivered. Knowledge of, or experience of working in, the construction industry Experienced with Learning Management Systems Excellent Internal stakeholder, client management and external supplier relationship management capability.
