**We are currently recruiting for a Contract Co-Ordinator to provide daily operational support to the ISS Management Team and ensure effective communication between all business units.**
***
**As the Contract Co-Ordinator you will ensure accurate and timely monthly reporting and coordination of the site contract report.**
***

**Key Responsibilities**
***
- **Coordinate and arrange meetings, presentations and training sessions as required**
***:
- **Data collection and presentation**
***:
- **Raise Purchase Orders, track financial status and ensure correct coding**
***:
- **Operate as client focal point for Monthly report**
***:
- **Provide accurate Minutes of Mgmt. Meetings.**
***:
- **Provide regular Staff Updates**
***:
- **Financial Management**:
- **Provide effective audit support**
***:
- **Ensure all procedures are reviewed on a regular basis to meet review dates**
***:
- **Accurate and timely Contractual Reports**
***
**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**
***
- **Previous experience from a senior Administrative position preferably from an FM/ finance background**
***:
- **Proven administrative skills**
***:
- **Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills**
