BDM / New Business Development Manager – Crossgates – Perm - £30-£35k basic + Comms Are you a result driven BDM / New Business Development Manager with a “hunter” mentality and an understanding of the Construction market, looking to progress your career? We are relatively small in terms of headcount but we pack a big punch and ambition runs throughout the core of what we do – simply put, we work with some of the best in our industries and we have high standards which we are incredibly proud of. Joining to drive new business development, your role will be fast paced and fun. You will be responsible for researching the market (UK wide), finding decision makers and using your excellent communication skills, will be forming partnerships in relation to recruitment. You’ll need strong organisational skills, an outgoing and confident manner and strong negotiation skills.
