Business Development Manager West Yorkshire - Office and Field Based Up to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission (£80-100k OTE) + Car / Car Allowance Elevation Recruitment Group are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth in our clients security solutions division. Our client is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions to the construction industry. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for: Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industry Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders Understanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutions Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets Providing ongoing support and customer service to clients Requirements of a Business Development Manager: Have developed and maintained key relationships with Site Managers and Quantity Surveyors Experience selling CCTV or security solutions into the construction industry Proven experience in business development or sales A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset A results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets If you're passionate about sales, construction, and making a difference in the security industry, we want to hear from you
