As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to help us reach new heights. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through strategic prospecting, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present our services, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on B2B sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel for face-to-face meetings with clients within the Essex area and occasionally beyond.
  • Previous experience in the logistics or courier industry is desirable but not essential.
