Simpson Millar is currently looking for an experienced Business Readiness Manager to join our Prestigious IT Team based in Manchester (Remote /Hybrid).
As an experienced Business Readiness Manager, you will develop and execute a change management plan to prepare the business for the new case management system. You will ensure that business processes are aligned with the new system and that any necessary changes are communicated and implemented.
Training: Develop and coordinate training programs for end-users to ensure they are prepared to use the new system.
Manage communication across the business to ensure all employees are informed about the project, its impact, and their roles in the transition.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide support to the business after the system goes live, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.
Change Management Plan: Develop a detailed change management plan, including communication strategies and training needs.
Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct a stakeholder analysis to identify key users and their training requirements.
Training Plan: Develop a comprehensive training plan, including schedules, materials, and methods.
Communication Plan: Create a communication plan to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress and upcoming changes.
Business Process Impact Analysis: Analyse the impact of the new system on existing business processes and identify any necessary changes.
Training Material Development: Begin developing training materials, including user guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Pilot Training Sessions: Conduct pilot training sessions with a small group of users to refine training materials and methods.
Go-Live Support Planning: Develop a plan for post-go-live support, including helpdesk arrangements and issue resolution processes.
Business Process Documentation: Update and finalise business process documentation to reflect changes due to the new system.
Training Rollout: Start rolling out training sessions to all relevant business users.
Final Training Sessions: Complete all remaining training sessions, ensuring all users are trained.
Final Business Readiness Check: Conduct a final check to confirm business readiness for the new system.
Provide support during the initial go-live period, helping users adapt to the new system.
Business Readiness Report: Prepare and submit a report detailing the effectiveness of the change management process and any lessons learned.
