IT Business Change Analyst Position

A challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled IT Business Change Analyst to join the Group Informatics team at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and implementing future requirements through the analysis and review of systems and processes. They will work in a cross-functional team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve project requirements.
The role involves leading the detailed design and requirements phases for small to medium projects, identifying areas for improvement and driving forward the requirements from business cases to implementation and post-project review.
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of business change processes, strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, advanced IT skills, and a broad technical understanding of the application of IT.
They will also have experience in gathering and documenting requirements across a broad spectrum of specialties, applying budgeting, benefits tracking, and demand management principles to projects, and managing project finances, risk, and issue and dependency management.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure, have excellent business and financial management skills, and be able to anticipate and resolve problems before they arise.
They will also have a collaborative approach, good team working skills, and be able to manage, motivate, and develop project staff in a matrix environment.
