Job Details

  • Supporting the Hastings Direct goal to become a market leading home claims handling function

  • Setting and managing annual and monthly objectives, providing coaching and development plans to support ongoing progression and ensuring annual PDR's are conducted

  • Ensuring payments are authorised in line with our departmental SLA's and overseeing guidance and advice in respect of technical referrals

  • Conducting regular monthly audits on colleagues

  • Engaging and motivating the team, delivering effective meetings

  • Supporting the overall quality of claims handling internally and by outsourced partners


Skills we would love you to have

  • Previously leadership experience (contact centre, claims or home claims experience highly beneficial)

  • Strong customer and colleague focus

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
