Review & maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation whilst remaining consistent with the employee handbook
Produce monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
Maintaining employee records and holidays
Conducting weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets and payslips are correct
