My client is looking for a SENCO to help support the team.

As the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), you will play a crucial role in ensuring that students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive appropriate support and provision within the educational setting. Identifying and assessing students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and support for students with SEND.
Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in the field of special education.

Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience in special education.
- Additional qualifications in special education or SENCO accreditation preferred.
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and disabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to special education.
