Exciting Opportunity: Sales Support Consultant at a Leading Health Insurance Company

Are you looking to grow your career with a company that’s been a trusted leader in the health insurance industry for over 20 years? Our client, a fast-growing specialist in private medical insurance, is seeking a motivated Sales Support Consultant to join their established team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to learn, grow, and eventually become an independent account manager. You’ll be part of a close-knit team with extensive experience, working in a supportive environment where you'll develop valuable skills and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Sales Team with administrative duties and manage client renewals.
  • Respond to inbound calls and follow up on renewals.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication and service.
  • Support sales activity reporting and contribute to team projects.

What We're Looking For :

  • Prior experience in private medical insurance or financial services is highly desirable.
  • Strong administrative and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and build strong relationships.
  • Must be UK-based with unrestricted right to work. Ideally located near Rickmansworth, as this role will be office-based during probation.

Benefits & Compensation :

  • Salary : £22,022 per annum
  • Work Schedule : 35 hours per week with the potential for hybrid work after probation.
